Joining Trinity Capital Advisors in March of 2007, Peter Corcoran brings with him 25 years of leasing, asset management, acquisition and development experience. He began his real estate career in 1982 as a broker with the national firm of Cushman & Wakefield. In 1990 he took over the leasing and operations for Bell Atlantic Properties’ Southern New Jersey portfolio and later expanded his responsibilities to also include their Philadelphia CBD and Bucks County assets, which equaled a portfolio consisting of over 3,000,000 square feet of suburban office, flex and downtown high-rise office space. Mr. Corcoran went to work with national developer/builder Opus East in 2002 where he sourced, acquired and developed land sites in the tri-state area. Just prior to joining TCA he was the Regional Director for First Industrial Realty Trust with responsibility for acquisitions and development in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area and the operations of its 4,000,000 square foot industrial portfolio.

Mr. Corcoran is a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania. He serves on the Board of the Philadelphia Chapter of NAIOP and is a member of NAIOP’s National Industrial Forum. He attended Drexel University where he received a BS in Finance. Mr. Corcoran currently resides in Holy Martyrs Parish, Oreland, PA with his wife Catherine and their five children.
