In 2004, Kenneth E. Kearns joined Trinity Capital Advisors, LLC. Since 2001, Mr. Kearns was responsible for the leasing, acquisitions and dispositions of various properties for Preferred Real Estate Investments. Prior to PREI, Mr. Kearns was a Senior Project Manager for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. During his tenure at PwC, he developed and managed The Zone, PwC’s Management Consulting Services global fast-start solution center. At Trinity Capital Advisors, LLC, Mr. Kearns is responsible for office leasing, tenant representation, and all areas of investment activities. Mr. Kearns graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Mr. Kearns was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in Long Island, NY. Mr. Kearns now lives in Wayne, PA with his wife and four children.
