TCA Brokerage Services, LLC
In 2004, David A. Niles joined Trinity Capital Advisors, LLC as a Vice President. Mr. Prior to TCA, Mr. Niles was a Senior Advisor with The Rubenstein Brokerage Group, Inc. ("TRBG"), a private national brokerage and development firm. Mr. Niles specializes in providing advisory services for corporate clients both locally and nationally. Prior to TRBG, he was a Leasing Specialist and Project Specialist with Brandywine Realty Trust ("Brandywine"), a publicly traded REIT, for over five years. Working for developers, Mr. Niles combined portfolios consisted of approximately 4,500,000 SF of "Class A" office buildings in the Exton/Radnor/King of Prussia/Berwyn regions of the Philadelphia suburbs.
Since joining TCA, Mr. Niles has been further developing the Life Sciences and Venture Capital platforms. Mr. Niles provides consulting/advisory services in all aspects of commercial real estate from ground-up development, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and limited partnerships which assist early and mid-state companies most effectively in managing and controlling their real estate.
Over the last 7 years, Mr. Niles was involved in the leasing of many of the most prestigious corporate parks and development sites in suburban Philadelphia. These properties include:

Represented Keystone Ranger Holdings, LLC, in sublease of Corporate Headquarters in Berwyn, PA.

Represented ATX Communications in a Lease Termination Agreement in Columbus, OH.
Mr. Niles received a B.S. in education from Ithaca College. Mr. Niles resides with his wife Dana and children Tyler, Lukas & Lily in Merion Station, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
