TCA Springdale, LP is an investment group led by TCA that was formulated to acquire the Property. The 26,686 SF office building is located in the Whiteland Business Park. Upon acquisition, TCA will renovate the building for McMahon Associates, Inc., which will occupy 5,394 SF of the Property. There will remain 8,116 SF available in the building, which is located at the end of the building. The available space has a spacious feel with an impressive glass line on three sides of the suite.
