W. Wayne Dunlop

In 2006, Wayne Dunlop joined Trinity Capital Advisors as Executive Vice-President of Construction and Development. Wayne will be responsible for all planning, preconstruction and construction of TCA's projects. From 2004 until joining TCA, Mr. Dunlop oversaw $200 million in construction projects for Tower Investments in Philadelphia, PA.

Prior to joining Tower Investments, Mr. Dunlop had a very successful 35-year career at Barclay White which was purchased by Skanska ( www.skanskausa.com ) in 2000. Mr. Dunlop completed his career at Skanska as President, Skanska Mid-Atlantic division overseeing offices in Blue Bell, PA., Rockvale, MD., and Harrisburg, PA. Volume in 2003 was $410 million primarily in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and higher education.

Mr. Dunlop's diverse experience has touched on many areas of construction. Mr. Dunlop received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University and MBA from Widener University. Mr. Dunlop lives in Malvern, PA with his wife, Catherine.

2004 to 2006: Vice President Construction and Development for Tower Investments responsible for planning, preconstruction, and construction for approximately $200 million of projects.
2003 to 2004: President, Skanska Mid-Atlantic division overseeing offices in Blue Bell, Pa., Rockvale, Md., and Harrisburg, Pa. Volume in 2003 was $410 Million primarily in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and higher education.
2000 to 2002: Executive Vice President, Barclay White-Skanska. Responsible for all operations of the company and its 3 offices noted above. Revenues for two years averaged approximately $375 million.
1995 to 2000: Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Barclay White, Inc. With CEO grew the business in 5 years from $80 million to$325 million and then negotiated the sale of the company to Skanska. Responsible for all operations of the company.
1979 to 1995: Vice President and Project Executive, Barclay White, Inc. Complete responsibility for construction projects and client relations for projects ranging in value from $5 million to $50 million with various clients ranging from retail, hospital and healthcare, pharmaceutical, colleges and universities and for non-profit organizations. At any one time, managed in excess of $200 million of on-going projects.
1975 to 1979: Project Manager, Barclay White, Inc. Responsible for various projects Including the construction of Cokesbury Village, a $20 million retirement community of 52 acres.
1973 to 1975: Project engineer and superintendent, Barclay White, Inc. Performed Project engineering and superintendent duties for specific projects including warehouse and office expansion for Wm. H. Rorer and several retail stores.
1969 to 1973: Project engineer, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Provided project engineering duties on several interstate highway construction projects such as I-80 and I-476.
