Marcia M. Wilf, Esquire
Executive Vice-President and General Counsel

Ms. Wilf has been involved with the commercial real estate industry for more than 30 years in a variety of different capacities. Immediately prior to joining TCA, she was the Vice President of Corporate Administration for Advanta Corp., a publicly traded Philadelphia based financial services company for more than 7 years. At Advanta, Ms. Wilf was responsible for the company’s real estate and facilities operations and management, including leasing, acquisition and sale/disposition; construction planning and project management; and space planning and maintenance for more than 600,000 square feet in 8 major office locations in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Utah, California and New York and another 100,000+ square feet in 60 branch office locations in more than 20 states. In addition to real estate and facilities management, at various times during her tenure, she was responsible for accounts payable, purchasing and payroll operations and, for the most recent 2.5 years, the Human Resources and Communications departments, as Advanta’s Vice President of Human Resources. In that capacity she managed the company’s employee relations, compensation, benefits, staffing, learning and organizational development and communications functions.

Prior to joining Advanta in 1999, Ms. Wilf was a real estate attorney, focusing on commercial real property acquisition, leasing, financing, development and management, both in law firms, notably with Blank Rome and Buchanan Ingersoll, and as in-house counsel, notably with The Kravco Company and America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses.

While with Kravco, a national real estate developer and retail management company headquartered in Philadelphia, Ms. Wilf was responsible for negotiating, documenting and closing various construction and permanent loan transactions for shopping center properties around the country and structuring, negotiating and drafting leases for department stores, movie theatres, grocery stores, “big box” tenants and free standing restaurants in malls and smaller shopping centers. She also participated in the development teams for a variety of projects, including the redevelopment of the King of Prussia Mall, the construction of the DeKalb Shopping Center in King of Prussia, PA, food courts in malls located in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and a variety of free standing buildings on mall “out parcels”, including a multiplex theatre and restaurants such as TGIFridays, Bertucci’s Pizza and Olive Garden.

Ms. Wilf earned her B.A. and B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from the Temple University School of Law. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations. She resides in Narberth, Pennsylvania with her two daughters.
