Keith J. Delaney is Vice-President of Finance at Trinity Capital Advisors, LLC ("TCA") and is responsible for evaluating and underwriting all new investments and the firm’s capital strategies.
Prior to joining TCA, Mr. Delaney served as the Chief Financial Officer and Partner for two regional commercial and residential real estate development companies focusing on urban redevelopments. Mr. Delaney has been successful in raising both private and institutional equity. Mr. Delaney was also Managing Director for Better Financial Decision, Inc, focusing on both capital raise and strategic growth for venture backed companies. Mr. Delaney began his career at Arthur Andersen, LLP where he was a manager of their Enterprise Group.
Mr. Delaney holds a B.S. in Economics, Accounting and Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Delaney is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Mr. Delaney currently resides in East Norriton, PA with his wife and daughter.
